Logistics of production

It is important to budget and pre plan expenditure for a media products because the media creators must make profit therefor there costs must be limited for example film makers don't have a blank cheque and they will need to work out where they want to spend there money and where they may want to cut costs if there ideas would exceed the budget. This is also to make sure that the film gets completed and that 70% through the film they don't run out of money and are unable to complete the film. For example a daily call sheet has what everyone has to do that day. Media is risky and there are no  that

An example of a unforeseen circumstance is when harrison ford broke his leg in the middle of filming star wars force awakens. This meant that they had to shoot the scenes around him. They also got a double to shout over the shoulder scenes. Once he was back they could film scenes where it was shoot above his legs so they don't show his cast.

Pre production you need to plan all the scenes, write scrips and cast actors they also need to find locations to film. Furthermore they will need to do research around the film for example if its based or inspired by a real event or time period they will have to research that era. During the production of the film all the filming is done all shoots required are made. Post production then special effects are added and any dubbing over as well as the editing tougher of the film. They also then record the voice actors. sometimes pick up shoots are done to cancel any mistakes made in the production phrase.

If due to unforeseen circumstances such as a fire or strikes the budget runs out then the whole film production could close. Film makers try and counter this with good planning which means they have a bit of money spare just in case.
